2024/25
As Barbara's virtual assistant, I supported her business with a range of tasks in admin, marketing, and social media. From website updates and Meta admin, to troubleshooting and tech support.
Working on her social media, we created branded content to promote her products, as well as showcase the silversmith process. I would complete necessary website updates to modify listings and refresh visual formatting.
Christmas Ad Campaign Gifts and Workshops
December, 2025
For this campaign, I planned two ads to promote Christmas gift giving for her shop items and workshop experiences. The campaign was for promotion through Instagram and Facebook, managed on Meta. To ensure the campaign ran smoothly, I finalised the set-up of Meta, syncing her shop catalogue and checking connections.
The content consisted of the following: a reel to promote workshop experiences, and a 5-image carousel to promote shop items as meaningful gift ideas.

To develop my client's product gallery, I assisted with photographing and editing these images. Choosing a white background to keep the minimalistic-styled brand identity, with a clear focus on the products and packaging.
